Liked: The lady at the front desk was pleasant when I arrived
Disliked: The 1st room smelled damp and moldy. The 2nd room I got was stronger with the damp and moldy smell and they had a big patch of mold on the carpet I took pictures of the mold patch, cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel. Now I'm in the process of trying to get my money back from my cancelled reservation, I hope this all goes well with my refund

Liked: Breakfast isn't what they say. They only have muffins oranges and cereal. Room was dirty, you could tell the clock wasn't moved or the phone to wipe counters. For there was roaches under them and I had to to buy RAID. took all my stuff out the room and sprayed down before I slept. Roaches everywhere including fridge and bed.
Disliked: Exterminator and clean the room the day prior to someone's coming for a reservation to guarantee a clean and roach free environment.

Disliked: I didn’t like that I was checked into one room number 167 it was completely dirty! Then I was checked into 262 and didn’t have any clean towels.
