Good

Liked: Hotel condition, security, cleanliness, breakfast, location all at or beyond my expectations. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Noisy guests, people yacking loudly and beeping their car alarms repeatedly late at night, all the usual stuff one experiences in this price range.

Liked: Check in was easy and effortless, the room has proper linens and was clean. First floor so it was easy for us to bring in large items as we were staying for a number of days. Offered coffee in the morning which we appreciated.
Disliked: Breakfast offerings were meger at best but coffee was appreciated.

Disliked: The room was dingy and the furniture very shopworn. There was a burn hole on the bedspread, even though the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. The lighting in the room was terrible.I found the check in and check out procedures to be awkward, antiquated and cumbersome. Furthermore, upon arriving, I was informed that if I had any additional guest whatsoever in the room, my deposit would be forfeited. There is no mention of that in the reservation information or on this booking site.

Liked: It was okay but they did not want to extend our stay and I asked several times to change me to another room and the same rude guy was telling me a lie about how they need the rooms for maintenance purposes! Never heard of that!
Disliked: The workers are not nice and they do not make you feel welcome

Liked: The property is filthy. We asked the maid to put talks and change our bedding due to it being filthy! This wasn’t from us it was dirty from someone other than us. The maid never came in when we were gone to clean and put clean talks or change our bedding. The front office gave my husband the talks and sheets and told us we could change the bedding! Really? Why did we pay all this money for dirty poor service! Please do not use this motel ever again Also the toilet and shower was leaking. Another thing our TV didn’t work! My husband had to look things up to see how to reload the TV. This is a man who can’t sleep without TV!
Disliked: It was filthy and the maid didn’t even do her job and change the tall’s and change our dirty sheets. Then the front office told us to change our sheets and gave us talls

Liked: Eggs for breakfast and biscuits and gravy-a pleasant surprise. Well maintained and clean room. Bed was good. The reading lights over the bed were the best I've seen in a long time! I could actually see what I was reading.
Disliked: All was pretty much OK.
