Liked: The staff was nice and the bed was decent.
Disliked: There was a hole in the tub that they just put tape over and I found 2 cockroaches.

Liked: Horrible property they take cash so stay away from that place it’s not safe bed bugs everywhere that place needs to get shut down

Disliked: Well for starters the place smelled of cigarettes and what I’m guessing water damage or mold . Refrigerator and microwave filthy so was the bedding. it was nothing like the pictures in booking the owner should fire all his employees. Cause they ain’t doing their job and if the owner is running it themselves you should be ashamed your running a trap house, take it off of booking and let the drug addicts book with you not parents trying to find a decent priced hotel the weekend of the biggest tournament. Hotels price gouging was outrageous in itself but in no way was I paying any amount of money to stay in bed bug moldy straight up filth . At least put clean sheets and pillowcases on the bed and if they’re old and stained or have burn holes in them throw them out and replace them . I’ve worked in hospitality all my life I’ve cleaned condos and hotels. This hotel was absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever seen

Only stayed one night of...

Disliked: Room was dirty. Old sock from previous person that stayed. Cigarette ash burns in all bedding and floor. Shower had mildew and mold stains. Room was gross enough only stayed one night of the two booked. Booked a different hotel for the second night to avoid staying in the same room

Disliked: The stains all over the floor in the room the bed was too firm the toilet was nasty dirty the breakfast sucked

Disliked: It was dirty. Cockroaches crawling all over in the bathroom smell of mold all through building the beds and liens had burnt holes and stains all over them.. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Liked: They allow ESA animals
Disliked: Staff is rude, they charged me for something and I had to argue that I didn't do anything to be charged. Got that money back. They are claiming I didn't pay for the room when I did and I proved it to them. Room was dirty, the fridge doesn't work. Lost all the food I paid for. 300$ worth of food went bad because of the fridge not working. Microwave doesn't work right. There isn't much of a selection for you to eat breakfast. They don't speak English very well either. They have cockroaches too. There was issues with the lights fixtures. One was missing a light bulb the other had wires hanging out. I have pictures of how the place looked.
