If you're JUST looking for...

Liked: The hotel itself and the room was good. The breakfast was okay but very basic.
Disliked: The location is in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants close and the location is in a industrial area.

Pleasantly surprised - better than...

Liked: We were greeted by very professional and pleasant staff upon arriving. They even found us a corkscrew so we could enjoy our birthday bottle of wine. The room smelled fresh - no bad carpet smell and no overpowering fragrances.
Disliked: The breakfast was uninspiring, but I'm not looking for great food at a budget hotel. There's a little breakfast cafe a short distance from the hotel - walkable if the weather is good.
