Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The carpet was wrinkled in places and with hands full causing a slight trip - so pay attention.. Only one floor to get fresh water on. So had to ride elevator to 3rd floor to get ice back to first floor for water then back to second to our room. The elevator was also scary to ride. It took forever to open on bottom floor and our 13yr old thought she was trapped.

Disliked: There doing alot of remodeling because the place is pretty rundown. The staff while we were there was not friendly at all and seemed as if they would rather bee someplace else.

Disliked: the handicap bathroom had been converted and the seat was disgusting ripped and foam showing. No office chair and the floor was dirty.
