Clean but uncomfortable
Liked: Everything was clean! There was no crib available for our littlest. And the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast offerings were ok, no protein options.

Comfortable, all the necessities, reasonable...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereals, hard boiled eggs, standard fare but plenty of it. The staff was friendly and helpful offering places to visit on the drive to Portland. TV had directions on how to use! Close to lots of stores and fast food places.

Horrible check in experience and...
Liked: The location.
Disliked: I made a reservation for my dad which I’ve done multiple times before since starting business in 2018. We have never had an issue until last night when my dad was continually questioned about me using my business card via booking.com. The room was in HIS name. And the clerk could have just take his card, but the desk clerk argued with my father for 30 minutes in the middle of the night wanting to see MY card which was 200 miles away in a winter weather advisory. The bed was horrible, he said he could feel the bed springs and could only sleep 3 hours before giving up and leaving. We won’t be coming back, and will be taking our business elsewhere in The Dalles.
