Disappointing

Disliked: The room I was assigned had no place to hang clothes and half the dresser was broken. The next day there was a different clerk at the desk who was more helpful and moved me to another room that at least had an armoire, and the dresser was not broken. The heater was older and noisier than in the previous room.I thought that since Super 8 is a chain, that the standards would be uniform. That appears to not be the case.

Liked: Fresh waffles and and friendly staff.
Disliked: The rest of the breakfast. Not great quality. A little loud and very little soundproofing, as there was a huge gap under the door, and my room was right by the lobby and laundry room.

Liked: Clean. Decent location. Fairly quiet.
Disliked: No heat in the room. At 2am it was well under 50 degrees in the room as the outside temperature dipped to near zero. I set the rum temperature up to 90 and the heater never blew any warmer.The tv did not work.
