Liked: Didn't know that there was a breakfast. Noone told us about breakfast.
Disliked: No keurig coffee maker, the room was good but I like a coffee in the morning. The pot of coffee is a thing of the past lol.

Disliked: The room was not adequately cleaned, and we encountered a rat roaming in our room around 2:30 a.m. This was extremely disturbing, especially as we were traveling with children. Due to the situation, we requested to be transferred to another room.

Disliked: Not clean, piss on the wall in the bathroom, shoe prints on the floor from someone that used the toilet just before we arrived, bed not made properly, had to ask for pillow cases, shower not clean!

Stay elsewhere.

Liked: Easy access and close to health center. The wifi was easy to set up.
Disliked: The towels were dirty! The comforter smelled of perfume close to my face in one spot, the comforter in the other bed did not have the issue. I do not feel they are switching the comforter between stays. I don’t mean the top cover , I mean the actual comforter that you leave on the bed to sleep! When we asked for additional towels as I had to use towels to dry water that leaked from having a shower even though I had pulled the shower curtain . The towels seemed to have been replaced however the ones brought to the room were stained on both sides. Towels are very worn and need to be replaced and laundered to remove stains or completely replaced. Bed sheets so thin I could see the stains round brown circles on the mattress cover. Replace stained old amenities as it gives the customer the impression that hygiene is not a priority. The breakfast that is included is extremely basic , coffee - very weak no decaf , tea milk juice bread and a waffle maker and cereals. The tables are not cleaned between customer use! I would not recommend nor will I stay at this location in the future. This location is not ,in my opinion, a quality clean place to stay.

Disliked: Outdated for the cost. To get to it is kind of dumb. But you get what you pay for it wasn’t terrible.
