Came in for an event at the Mill in the next town over - website said it was less than a mile... more like a 10 min drive. Hotel itself was accommodating with numbers and info regarding taxi services.

$119 for a disturbed night...

Disliked: Asked for a second floor room because I do not want to be disturbed but there was a fault with the bath so was allocated one beneath on the ground floor. I was assured nobody would be offered the room above. At 2330, a walk-in was given the room and it was noisy until 0200. The next day, I was told I should have rung the front desk. As if one lone person would have done anything! I had no sleep. It was horrendous.The manager has subsequently said he has spoken to the staff and looks forward to see me again.Spend another $119 just to have the stay I should have had in the first place? No

Reused Bedding without cleaning?

Disliked: I wish I took a picture of the first room that was worse. I checked in only for about 20 minutes. After seeing 2 rooms that turned out to have different texture human hair around the pillows and sheets before I even got to sit on the bed and a cat scratcher couch, and the next room they put me in was the same. Seems like they just make the beds and not replace the sheets. They agreed to give me a refund, and they did but a day later took my money out of my bank account again and I never even stood there. Was there for only minutes! Still waiting for my money back.
