Liked: We booked this hotel with a confidence in super 8, when we arrived there was no pool, so we asked them to cancel and we would go stay at their other hotel the remada that had a pool. They said yes and we left, they then proceeded to charge me for nothing after saying they would not.

Disliked: Lots of noises in the night of the building or something creaking that was quite loud. Not sure if it was pipes or what. Overall decently clean but found a gummy as well as hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours.

Disliked: Cold bathroom, heat didn't work. Entrance door was jammed, every time I left, i couldn't get inside room again. Had to walk back to front desk each time, in very cold temps and get her to come open my door. She even had trouble, but got it open i booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 because of these circumstances..
