Was good in price but...

Liked: When I checked in the lady was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room dirty to us, the carpet was dirty as well with the chairs. Could have been way cleaner and then didn’t have hand soap for us.

Visit

Liked: Booking, checkin and out was smooth, and the staff was excellent
Disliked: The television would not work and the shower setup was very complicated just to get water to come out. We were in room 226. I let the staff know.

Gross furniture and horrible chemical...

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Old vomit on sidewalk in front of room, carpet and furniture badly in need of cleaning, door poorly repainted with wrong type of paint, something red splashed on ceiling.

There are roaches.

Liked: The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful and extra nice!
Disliked: The first room we were given was so dirty, blood stained in the floor, dirt and grime everywhere, smelled so bad. I asked for a room change, they moved me to an upstairs room (the elevator didn’t work). It was not as bad but still gross but fine because we arrived late and went straight to sleep and I didn’t want to lose out on the money I paid: We woke up early, got ready and left for Dallas and arrived back late again. We stayed up getting ready for the next day when we noticed a roach on the bed, then floor and then the wall. I went and told the front desk, he kindly offered to move us again but I will not sleep with roachs. I asked to just let me refund it, which he couldn’t figure out how to do since I stupidly booked with a third party. This place is gross. It was so much cheaper than the rest I thought I’d give it a chance and regret that so much since I’m losing out on so much money.
