Gross furniture and horrible chemical...

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Old vomit on sidewalk in front of room, carpet and furniture badly in need of cleaning, door poorly repainted with wrong type of paint, something red splashed on ceiling.

There are roaches.

Liked: The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful and extra nice!
Disliked: The first room we were given was so dirty, blood stained in the floor, dirt and grime everywhere, smelled so bad. I asked for a room change, they moved me to an upstairs room (the elevator didn’t work). It was not as bad but still gross but fine because we arrived late and went straight to sleep and I didn’t want to lose out on the money I paid: We woke up early, got ready and left for Dallas and arrived back late again. We stayed up getting ready for the next day when we noticed a roach on the bed, then floor and then the wall. I went and told the front desk, he kindly offered to move us again but I will not sleep with roachs. I asked to just let me refund it, which he couldn’t figure out how to do since I stupidly booked with a third party. This place is gross. It was so much cheaper than the rest I thought I’d give it a chance and regret that so much since I’m losing out on so much money.

The worst place on earth.

Liked: Nothing. Bad location. No bottom sheet no blankets on either bed in the middle of winter. Fault with fire alarm, which went off every 2 hrs during the first night. Twice during the second night. No apology. No nothing. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.
Disliked: As above. Didn’t like everything. The stay was terrible.

Disliked: Everything was horrible not clean smelled had to move rooms first room wasn’t cleaned at all tile was laying on floor in bathroom and a big water spot in middle of floor with a mildew smell

Liked: location - clean outside - doors to parking lot
Disliked: broken couch in room made it very difficult to play cards which is why we rented that specific room. the toilet flapper wouldn't seal so the water tank would fill to stop.

Would never stay there again...

Liked: The check in and check out people were both very nice!
Disliked: Toilet ran all night, toilet seat was loose, shower could not be turned all the way off, love seat that looked like it need to be in the trash, door drags on carpet so ruining carpet and very hard to open and close it but when closed you can see the light around it.

Pillow top bed was fabulous!...

Liked: The bed was fabulous.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not come everyday. So we had to go ask for towels.
