Disliked: I travel frequently to several countries and it was the only hotel that demanded a guarantee payment of 100 dollars as a guarantee that it would not cause any damage to the hotel's properties, with the promise of a refund upon departure on the same card. It has been 5 days until today there has been no refund and the hotel website does not offer any form of contact other than by telephone.

The noise from other travelers...

Liked: This property had a very convenient location.
Disliked: When you walk in the front doors, the property smells. The the towels in my bathroom were dirty, there was no breakfast as advertised. The other guests in this hotel were extremely loud all weekend. I was not able to get any sleep due to other people in the hotel yelling loudly. It was a very stressful environment and then to wake up and not have breakfast as advertised was extremely disappointing.
