Bad

Liked: nothing. both rooms were nasty, dead roaches on the counters old food left in the rooms, and crackhead roaming the 3rd floor with no clothes on while children were present. manager on staff is unpleasant to deal with and has zero customer service ability. along with not being able to accommodate any of the probably 10 customers that were in the lobby while trying to get a refund on our rooms. going on 2 weeks now and I still haven't recieved a refund.

we were there less than...

Liked: nothing about this place is worth paying to rent a room.
Disliked: there was roaches alive/dead all over the room. there was a guest on the same floor that was vulnerable, and screaming in the hall, at one point she came out with no clothes on screaming in front of children. we immediately got a refund and went somewhere else. the staff took no responsibility for the issues on site.

"BAD COMPANY"

Liked: Nothing!!!!
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator in the room was not clean. There was a yellow substance/liquid in the bottom of the refrigerator and had leaked out onto the cabinet where the refrigerator sits. I don't know if it was Mountain Dew soda or urine!!! There was hair all over the floor as if the maid did not vacum. MY husband picked up a big wad of hair off the floor. Around the bottom base of the toilet was dirty. Booking.com messesd up our reservation BIG TIME, but bless Alan's heart, he fixed it for us although we had to pay again for the room.I will be calling Booking.com and talking to them about this. Lobby was very dirty with trash, someone dropped trash on the floor and did not pick it up. Someone spilled something on the rug in the front entrance doorway and I told the blk man who was relieving Alan at the front desk about it but when we arrived back at the motel the substance was still there on the rug. The first room was not good but the second room on the first floor was good. As an affiliate of Wyndam, I expected alot better because I am a Wyndam owner. Thank you.
