My wife and I didn't stay at the hotel after seeing the room and getting no help from the staff. We ended up staying at a different hotel.
Disliked: The lock on the room door was broken. The books were moldy. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty.

Liked: Nothing because is that worst experience in my life
Disliked: The staff is not very friendly, in the rooms they have busca cockroaches, I wanted an additional day but I cant afford because the amount was very different like the app , the recepcionist treated me very badly due to a mistake in the app when making the reservation

Clean affordable friendly
Liked: It was clean and it did not have a lot of come and go traffic
Disliked: You could hear everything your neighbors were doing and vice versa

Awful, disgusting & stinky
Liked: Nothing to like about the establishment
Disliked: Cigarette burns on bedding, hair in bed, staned and dirty looking bedding, gunk run down on the walls, stained durty carpets, establishment stinks makes you nauseated. Dirty and stains on furniture. Outside looks like a dump yard. Looks nothing like the images on the page. Reception is stinky and staff presents dirty looking.Not worthy of the price Didn't even eat breakfast as the place is so durty and stinky I won't be comfortable eating any of the food.

Disliked: It smells like cigarette smoke and the room was dirty and the bed sheets were covered in stains and the bed showed signs of having bed bugs. The bathroom was dirty as well with what looked like mold in the bath tub. One outlet also had burn marks on it.

Liked: I have requested my card be refunded $56.28 and my rewards taken off for $21. AND CHANGE bc we were completely and utterly attacked verbally the morning of our stay (7/28/24 thru 7/29/24) bc we had already paid online through your booking.com app and the manager for the Super 8 Motel would NOT HONOR our paid reservation with the confirmation number AT ALL! RATHER, HE DEMANDED CASH INSTEAD FOR $109.00 OR WE COULD LEAVE HAVING NOWHERE BOOKED TO GO TO AND COPS WOULD BE CALLED AS WELL IF WE COULDNT PAY FOR THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! WE LITERALLY USED EVERY LAST DIME WE COULD SCRAPE TOGETHER AND GAVE HIM THE CASH FOR THAT $109.00 SO AS NOT TO BE THROWN OUT AS I AM COMPLETELY 100 PERCENT DISABLED AND SO WE WOULD HAVE A ROOM FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS! I WANT AND PLEASE DO DESPERATELY NEED MY REFUND FROM YOU GUYS FOR $56.28 AND ITS ONLY RATHER FAIR ID ADD IF YOU ALSO REFUNDEC MY $21.
