Liked: The only thing I liked was the lady at the front desk was very friendly
Disliked: The rooms were dirty and had a bad smell to them. Their was people living their and they where very loud.

Disliked: Getting blamed for damages that where previously there, finding drug resude on the top bed spread that my kids were about to sleep on, how bout a dirty meth pipe in one of the drawers under the t.v., how bout the carpet tac strip my kids and kept ripping the bottoms of our feet and tennis shoes everytime we would walk into the room. through the week stay I cleaned my own room, noticed holes in the screen and the heater/air conditioner box had dirty furry looking filters that needed desperate cleaning. Never gave my kids or myself enough towels for ALL OF US. I WAS HAVING A ASTHMA ATTACK CARRYING MY KIDS AND MY THINGS DOWN STAIRS ABD TO MY UHAIL AGTER I ASCJRD TI GET

Disliked: Paid for a king. Did not get a king. And when I told the front desk, of course, there were no available kings. Carpet was stained and torn all the way through the room. Refrigerator was not cold. Shower was very outdated and water did not get hot.

Liked: The free breakfast was not anything I had ever experienced that bad… about the only thing that maybe we would have ate would have been the waffle, but after the rest of the hotel looking like it did, we were afraid to eat it, nobody greeted us at the breakfast room or asked us how stay was… in fact I had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come out of the back of the front desk to even sign me in the day before…
Disliked: Everything could have been better… A lot better… would any of you that worked there ever have a house that looked like this… doubt it! You’ve gotta keep it updated and clean for your customers!
