Room was not cleaned - only the towels were changed.

Liked: Manager was very accommodating.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work. Had to change rooms.

Enjoyed the hotel and the customer service.

Comfortable one night stay on...

Liked: They were nice at the desk, quick check-in, room was as advertised and fine for a night's stay
Disliked: The pillows were hard and the breakfast could have been a little better maintained (ran out of a lot)

Disliked: Mold growing on Window unit which was also broken. Everything was extremely filthy and the floor was black in the bathroom no matter how long you mopedPS. Now this embasol is pissed off with the reply. He got hold of my phone and gave his roach motel 5 stars. I gave an honest review. Cry me a river racist trash!
