Loved the pool; mini fridge worked good and also good sized; rooms clean and comfortable; staff good; Uber service was fast and pleasant.

Liked: The staff was very friendly; maid service good; staff was very informative as to directions and places close to eat.
Disliked: Coffee makers in room.

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: smelled like cigarette smoke, room was dirty, and smelled musty.
Disliked: The staff acted annoyed that we were checking in. We had to wait 10 mins before the staff even came to the front desk. She was too busy and told us to wait. Room smelled musty, and staff was outside smoking and made the stairwell smell of cigarette smoke.

Liked: Beds were real nice. Food area very clean.
Disliked: People live here. One guy was watching his videos.. loudly while standing at the toaster counter, eating, and wrapped all up in a blanket. It's good you don't put them out on the street, but they can't run off business. Room had dead box elder bugs. How do they get in a 3rd floor room, where the windows don't open? The bathroom wasn't clean. Keep the curtains shut. Ugly view.
