We showed up at the hotel to check in; waited 20 minutes and not a single employee was to be found. Other people were waiting to be checked in too. Smelt of marijuana when we walked in. Very unprofessional. Had to call ConcertHotels in order to get our money back because the employee working was not cooperating or understanding at all.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Broken shower ruined the stay.

Liked: It was surprisingly quiet for the location.
Disliked: Broken shower and bathroom fitting meant fittings meant a desultory shower in the morning. Poor and unacceptable to provide a room with that issue.

Liked: The room was not the best smelling and to switch locations from Bloomington to Springfield was a twenty dollar difference same hotel by Windham East just different city
Disliked: The room and breakfast was awedul
