We showed up at the hotel to check in; waited 20 minutes and not a single employee was to be found. Other people were waiting to be checked in too. Smelt of marijuana when we walked in. Very unprofessional. Had to call ConcertHotels in order to get our money back because the employee working was not cooperating or understanding at all.

Roaches ruined my stay night...

Liked: Liked the price. But I see why the price is the price.
Disliked: Went down to let staff know. She didn’t seem surprised just offered another room on different floor. I had surgery the next day. Tried to stay longer but couldn’t get any sleep scared a roach will get me. I needed to shower to be cleaned for surgery. I couldn’t possible feel clean in that room. Sink was dirty shower wasn’t cleaned on the side where you put soap picture frame above bed was filthy and dusty. A book under the bed from previous guests. And had to put the ice bag on the remote because it was stucky and had food on the top. All in all I wouldn’t pay ny enemy to stay there. If I would have known people live there and are cooking food in there for themselves and the roaches. Never again! And it’s the fact it’s the state capital and yall don’t care about your business.
