We showed up at the hotel to check in; waited 20 minutes and not a single employee was to be found. Other people were waiting to be checked in too. Smelt of marijuana when we walked in. Very unprofessional. Had to call ConcertHotels in order to get our money back because the employee working was not cooperating or understanding at all.

Liked: Unfortunately I didn't have time to partake in the breakfast as I had an early meeting.
Disliked: The person(s) in the room above mine was making so much noise (that sounds like bouncing a basketball off the wall) that it woke me. The night clerk did the best he could. He called the room and spoke to someone. They ignored him. I was ready to call the police. In my opinion, he probably should have been knocking on their door.
