Liked: Room was good
Disliked: Only apples, juice and coffee were available for breakfast

Liked: It really was excellent even though the shower curtain in our assigned room, 118, i think, looked nasty. The very accommodating clerk immediately assigned us to another room, 134, I think. It was fine, but I did not see anyone when I left to tell them that the entranceway light was out in that room.
Disliked: The whole scenario is above.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room had a terrible odor. It did not look clean. We have stayed at many motels and hotels and this was the WORST we had encountered. Just to mention one thing, the shower liner was dirty and looked as if it had blood stains on it. We did call the front desk and advised the attendant of this and he said that they didn't have any other shower liners to replace the one in the shower. We unloaded our luggage and when we opened the door to the room, we immediately took our luggage back to the car and went to the front desk and asked for our money back. The attendant advised since we booked through booking.com, we would have to contact them. We still want our money due to the fact that we didn't stay 5 minutes in the room before we packed our car and went to the front desk asking for a refund. We would like to have our money back. We had booked the room for 2 nights and didn't spend 5 minutes in the room. It would only be fair to receive a full refund. I would appreciate it if someone would call me and let me know what booking.com can do to satisfy this issue.Charles Wilhoite 1379 Heather Way Estill Springs, TN 37330931-308-8570

Ok stay

Liked: Close to everything walking distance where I needed to go
Disliked: Pillows was way too lumpy and bathroom door had a gap where someone could look threw it and see me and wish they had good breakfast not just on the go crunchy gronola bars

Disliked: Poor excuse for a breakfast, but I will stay here again. :)
