Very Disappointing

Liked: Nothing wasn't able to stay
Disliked: Arrived and room was dirty and not cleaned. Hotel was sold out so unable to stay.

Just ok, improved from last...

Liked: Location and price
Disliked: The air conditioner was LOUD! The continental breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal and milk. No toast, muffins or meat.

Need to make every customer...

Liked: I liked how cheap it was
Disliked: They tried to double charge me. They took my ID which then I had to go get several hours after I checked out. Luckily I didn't leave town yet. I also tried to call which then got placed on hold for 15 minutes. So the entire time driving back no one talked to me to tell me for sure if my ID was there.
