My back hurts and I...

Liked: Staff were wonderful
Disliked: The bed was very saggy and lumpy. The cleanliness was about a 3 out of 10. But I am a house keeper at a nursing home. So I probably a little more critical than most

Would never stay AGAIN!

Liked: I didn't like anything but the location was good. The beds weren't bad either.
Disliked: I didn't like the staff customer service, first he tried to overcharge me but then when I said I'll just book it online for cheaper he was like ok, ok(weird). Also he kept saying over and over no smoking/ no pets- I mean he said it at least 10x while we were waiting, just to allow a man to bring a huge dog in??(weird again) So why stress to me when he gets to bring in a pet. Our shower was filthy, we had to get our own cleaning supplies and clean it so we could shower. The TV had nothing to watch, no Netflix or YouTube or even cable, just antenna TV!! To try and charge 150 /night for a waste of property is the worst decision, maybe $60/ night sound more realistic.
