In general a beautiful new hotel. The rooms were excellent and the staff accommodating.

Liked: It was a very beautiful hotel but if in the future I ever stay there again I will have to ask if they can accommodate my needs and if not I will go elsewhere.
Disliked: The way the building was laid out and the distance you had to walk to get to your room, and being someone who suffers from a back problem, it wasn't laid out to support my needs.

Disliked: tv services were something else, the tv was in French and when you tried to change channels you only got snow, there was no channel list in the roomwas looking for information about the area as in restaurants, entrainment, etc. - did not realize there was a QR code on the hallway mirror to scan for this information. Not a very good location for this to be displayed, or at less tell the customer where to find this information
