Disliked: First, I was not happy about taking the time to pre-check in on the website and having to repeat the process at the hotel. The young man said he was told they still had to do a regular check-in, even if done online.Second, so many smokers stay at the hotel, the entrance and hallways smell really heavy of cigarette smoke. Not good for people like me who have asthma and chose nonsmoking facilities.Third, the furniture is showing wear, office chair was stained, toilet runs, a broken sink stopper, and the big wall pictures were dusty. Be aware that "breakfast" is honey buns and granola bars. Plan to walk to McD.

Liked: The room was decent for me to stay to sleep for a long trip.
Disliked: Every staff member I encountered in person and over the phone were extremely rude. They sent an email for me to do my check in ahead and then charged the hold on my card again when I called and talked to the assistant manager for them to fix it she was extremely rude and told me don’t ever do the pre check in that’s why you got charged you did it to yourself. I called back a few days later to check up on my refund and the same manager was again extremely rude.

Liked: The bed had little bed bugs in bed. They were dead.
