Liked: The manager was outstanding! Since I'm disabled and mobility challenged, He was extremely helpful in getting the bags from our SUV into the room. He also unloaded the cart in the room!! I really can't begin to explain how invaluable he truly is. I was extremely blessed by his willingness to help!!!
Disliked: One issue which surfaced was the bed was soft and a rather lumpy. That in itself is not earth shattering, but just makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep when you already have chronic spine issues, but I also understand that mattresses are not cheap and you have to be able to satisfy many people on a day in day out basis!I have slept on much worse! Thank you for asking for feedback!
