Disappointing

Disliked: The bathtub did not drain when taking a shower and the room had a weird smell. The worst thing is it has bed bugs. I told the person at the desk and I was told sorry and that's all.

Liked: The manager was outstanding! Since I'm disabled and mobility challenged, He was extremely helpful in getting the bags from our SUV into the room. He also unloaded the cart in the room!! I really can't begin to explain how invaluable he truly is. I was extremely blessed by his willingness to help!!!
Disliked: One issue which surfaced was the bed was soft and a rather lumpy. That in itself is not earth shattering, but just makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep when you already have chronic spine issues, but I also understand that mattresses are not cheap and you have to be able to satisfy many people on a day in day out basis!I have slept on much worse! Thank you for asking for feedback!

Overall it wasn't a bad...

Liked: Nice and quiet. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom walls were spotted with dirty spots, the shower wall at the top was very dirty and found bar of soap that had been there a while. The Chair in the room needs replaced as it is worn and tattered and peeled off on who ever set in it and black flakes were all over the room. Housekeeping, needs to knock louder instead of just walking in and interrupting our privacy. the door hanger was on the outside of the door.
