Liked: Value for money, budget hotel in city center.
Disliked: In a couple of blocks down to the property there were many junkies and homeless people. Wanted to buy something from a mini market and felt VERY unsafe. But the location where the hotel is is okay.

Liked: We were concerned when the Uber dropped us off. The outside of the hotel and even the lobby looked run down. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage in a locked storage area and told us where to eat and how to get there. The room was small but very clean and the bathroom was very nice sized.
Disliked: The breakfast was as advertised, bagels, toast, dry cereal, juice and coffee, some fruit. The toaster took a while and didn't toast the bagels. Would have been nice to have waffles.

NOT GOOD

Liked: Staff were friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: Location was horrible. A lot of homeless people immediately outside front door. Feces all over the walkway. Two blocks further down totally different (nicer). Beds were too small. I’m 5”11 and feet were out the bottom. We have travelled a bit and would have to say this was the worst accomodation that we have stayed in.

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am, but when we arrived, the food was not ready. BK is close, so it saved our morning.
