Disliked: I did not get my deposit back because I did not damage the room. The hotel informed me that it would be refunded, but I checked with the bank and there was no refund.$100

Decent value for money

Liked: Had a short stay of one night, so accessibility from BART station was the top priority. Good location with lots of bus/tram/train stations nearby. Friendly staff, acceptable breakfast quality(which was over my expectation for a continental breakfast by 2 star inn). It may not be the place for honeymoon, but if you are looking for good value for money it will not let you down.

Liked: Good position . Handy for the bus tours , shops , China town & real life San Francisco
Disliked: The double bed was a little smaller than double maybe 3/4 . For 2 friends a little squashed

Liked: Location was great. Very close to union square. The room was clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was very small, not very much choice. We ended up eating in the city.
