Liked: Breakfast was decent—nothing special, just what you’d typically have at home.
Disliked: The front desk clerk at check-in was rude and unprofessional. He mishandled my credit cards, ignoring the one I provided and instead charging the card on file without my consent. Completely unacceptable!

Disliked: There was a bad smell in the hotel. My room had no window light. There was no closet for clothes even any hanger. They put the towels on the toilet flush. Althougy they mention there is a safe box in the rooms, there was any.The area is not safe. There ara many homeless and drug users.

Liked: The room was very clean and well-maintained. The attention from the receptionists and the overall service was excellent.
Disliked: When you first enter, it’s a bit shocking because it looks like an old and poorly maintained hotel, from the reception to the rest of the facilities (elevator, luggage storage room, etc.). However, once you get to the room, things improve.What stands out is the lack of duvets on the beds, the noise from outside (both from people and music) and the rather poor breakfast. Simply adding some eggs and bacon or waffles/pancakes would have been enough.
