Liked: Charge me saying breakfast included, howver there was no breakfast at all. Put all blame on booking.com, we inform they didnot removed it.
Disliked: required detailed cleaning and replace some of old infrastructure

Liked: Located right off I-35
Disliked: Room was located next to housekeeping room, somewhat noisy in the morning. Room could be cold at night, room a/c heat pump wasn't up to the task of the below freezing weather.
