Disappointing

Disliked: The first morning of our stay housekeeping showed up when we'd just gotten up so we declined their service. For some reason they decided that we meant our entire stay. Breakfast offerings are minimal. The orange juice had a weird color and smell. Some bananas to go with the cereal would have been nice. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Liked: Location, close to Frost Bank Center for Jhope concert.
Disliked: I was charged an extra $50 but the clerk checking me in did not let me know until I saw the charge on my credit card, the receipt I signed showed the prices from booking.com of $83.73 but my card total was $138.73 (make sure you ask for a copy of the receipt for future price discrepancies). If it was a deposit for something I could not tell you what it was for, as I was not made aware. The shower in room 220 does not drain and is obviously not cleaned since there were hairs on the edges and bath tub ring. There was food on the floor by the. night stand. The ac never got cold.

Would stay at this hotel...

Liked: Quiet hotel.......close to the IHOP for meals.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better.......very basic (cereal, toast & yogurt). Had coffee but the orange juice container was empty for the 2 days! ....basic hotel for 1-2 nights day....a little further out from the city but we knew that before we booked. Took a taxi into the Riverwalk (downtown) for $25.00 (one way). SAN Antonio was very busy......also did the Hop On & Hop Off bus which we really liked! Very informative....
