Disliked: Cockroaches in room everywhere. Many!!!

Liked: It was a nice quiet location
Disliked: It smelled like pee, saw little bugs and a roach. The heater didn't work and the staff didn't want to move me to another room then finally switched rooms once he saw it didn't work.it was not clean and it smelled like pee

We will not be returning...

Disliked: We drove into the parking lot and were immediately dismayed seeing a dirty rundown hotel, but we were only going to be there for the night so decided to ignore it. We walked into our room, after lugging everything up to the second floor, and turned around and walked back out. The bed had a bedspread that the last occupants had obviously just tossed back onto the bed, and the trash can was full. We asked for a refund, the front desk clerk insisted over and over on showing us another room which we declined. He then refused to credit the charges back to our card stating we would need to contact Booking. We called Booking customer service who treated us very nicely and professionally. They contacted the hotel and convinced them to issue the credit.

Liked: It's a cheap place to sleep. The room is a decent size.
Disliked: I booked this place because it says breakfast included - not true.

Liked: Location was great for the plans we had
Disliked: Needed room downstairs. I use a mobility scooter. Messaged property a month prior to stay and again a week prior to stay requesting that. They never responded and we got there both rooms were upstairs. Wouldn’t move us downstairs until next day. Then only moved one room not both. Both rooms had someone using scooter. Bathroom had dried something on walls behind and beside toilet. Wall in front of toilet was disgusting as well. Baby roach. Rawlings on the door of bathroom. Telephone didn’t work in phone upstairs. Didn’t check in room downstairs. They were supposed to have breakfast, one of the reasons we stayed. They didn’t have breakfast. Staff was okay. Also complimentary shampoo bottle was 1/2 empty. Gross
