Liked: Worse management and property in the city. I would advise you never go. Staff need help with customer service. When you ask for management everyone swears it’s them. It’s an employee cult all lying on each other

Very unhappy stay

Liked: It was close to the event center that we needed to go
Disliked: And the room we stayed the toilet wouldn’t work. I asked for someone to fix it and they didn’t. They moved it to another room and then for some reason the door locked from inside how is it possible that we locked it and couldn’t get in and get the stuff that we needed for the stock show

Liked: The quiet rooms at this hotel impressed me as a light sleeper. Despite being in the heart of the city, the rooms are very peaceful, so you may sleep well. During my prolonged stay, the washing facilities were useful, and the multilingual staff was friendly.

Comfort and Convenience

Liked: It was an excellent option! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Perfect for a brief visit to San Antonio. I would definitely stay there again.

Really Clean rooms and beds

Liked: The room was super clean each day we returned with clean towels and freshly made beds. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed my time.
Disliked: I do not think breakfast was offered

Liked: No breakfast served, gave a brown bag with yogurt and a Chewy bar. That's it!!
