Zero stars, shut this place...

Disliked: Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was non existent, even when paged. The room was dirty, there was decorations, lighters, spoons, large stains and incense sticks on our bed from the people before. They barely cleaned when asked. The "free breakfast" was two fermented apples sitting in the fruit basket and some bread (the room smelled like alcohol due to how fermented these old apples were). They do not clean or take care of this place at all!!!! They do not care about their customers or facility, NEVER EVER EVER would stay here again, I'd pay the extra to not feel dirty and fully disappointed when leaving a hotel/motel. Two thumbs down, zero stars, this place should be shut down.

Disliked: Rearly find staff and left key card to customer service desk and no breakfast as it mentioned in the site free breakfast

Disliked: The front counter guy wasn’t there had to call many times and when he did come he was rude with us.In the morning we came down for breakfast all there was toast and coffee. The room wasn’t the same as the photo on app ant the pillow case was yellow and stained.so it was a horrible experience with this hotel first and last time staying there

Good value for money.

Liked: The receptionist was very friendly, and gave us a discount when we were told that our room was not in service. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Great value for what it’s worth!
Disliked: The fridge in the room could have been cleaned (we didn’t need to use it so it was ok!). I wouldn’t rely on the breakfast that is “included”. But again, great value for what’s it’s worth as a stop off location on route to Banff etc.

Disliked: No one at the front counter, room was dirty and smelled,no coffee available until after 730, front counter attendant was rude and very blunt, tv in room didn't work so we had to change rooms after waiting well over an hour.

Be careful with your credit...

Disliked: Breakfast was little to nothing, coffee would be empty, only few 2 inch muffins, no butter for only white toast, front desk man coming in with no gloves restocking muffins. They charged my credit card in 2 amounts to total what my stay was I think to hide the double payment, this was 6 weeks later, be careful of this hotel.

Should paid a bit more...

Liked: The hotel was shabby, and run down. The suppose breakfast was pathetic, no stock, counters were empty. Not really sure what they believed constituted breakfast but it was far from anything I have experience. If the hotel closed I don’t think anyone would notice.
