Disliked: Counter male staff has no customer service skills, his mannerism was poor. When I requested for my floor to be mopped, a male staff wiped it with a broom with a towel on the end of it. My bed had a big dip in the middle of the bed.

Liked: Was always a attitude towards me and charge me 25 dollars extra to stay after I paid my money on Priceline all my money then didn't have soap or wash colthes the bed had bed begs In it and it was to much noise going on there I want my money back

Not quite what I expected...

Liked: The pool was nice, warm for the year, kids loved it... the room was clean...
Disliked: The "FREE BREAKFAST" was tragic... just instant oatmeal, and jelly toast

Disliked: Black mold, Luke warm water for shower. Report to manager, said was fine but then turned heater for water up, but not nice about it. Room was dirty.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. The staff were nice.
Disliked: No cigarette holes in the blankets would be nice. The spigot in the bathroom cleaned out also would be good. A little heat in the pool. Breakfast wasn't really a breakfast. No bread, no bagels, no cereal. Had some muffins and apples and juice/coffee.
