Sketchy place with NO amenities

Liked: Disliked everything except the bed, which was comfy, and the tv.
Disliked: No soap in the shower as the dispenser was missing so had to use shampoo for bathing; shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom; no amenities in the bathroom, not even Kleenex. The people in room above partied until 4:30am making tremendous noise and banging on their floor/my ceiling so I got absolutely no sleep. Pillows were gross- old and stained. I fortunately had my own as I always travel with a pillow. I reported the issues with the room to the young man at the front desk when I checked out and he made no apology. In fact he said absolutely nothing, nor did he make note of the problems with the room- he didn't even bother to thank me for staying at this sketchy hotel. The "breakfast" was a joke. Oh, and there were homeless people sleeping along the side of the building. I felt very unsafe staying at this hotel. I will never stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for...

Liked: My husband is in a wheelchair and we asked for a handicapped room. It was fabulous!! We also came in late because of our schedule and it was so easy to check in. I also LOVED the porch swing in the lobby.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn't much. The only thing was the ice machine was upstairs, but there was an elevator.

Liked: Location, size of room, recliner.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust heat. Opened window instead. NEWSMAX blaring in the breakfast room.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, pillows perfect, and the room was clean. We came in late and left early for our travels. it was great that it was so accessible to the main highway and every place needed close by.
Disliked: Can not think of anything.

Disliked: Did not stay there didn’t go into room was told it had a pool but it did not. Guy at desk said he would refund but he did not. He was not friendly at all
