Beware of accessible claim

Liked: Location is fine. Roswell is small enough everything is close.
Disliked: Seems I paid a higher price for an "accessible" room. The room had a regular shower with no handrails. The one hand bar was broken out. The rolling chair had zero stability and was unusable. If one needed to slide on or off the bed it had hard metal frames with almost sharp edges. I will never think paying that extra is worth it again. No I'm not handicapped, but I am challenged with sore legs especially when traveling and thought I would try comfort on my way back . . . Mistake.

Will mever stay at a...

Liked: I was out of the weather and better than sleeping in car.
Disliked: PAid an extra $20 from original advertised price for bringing my 1 and 4 year old. Paid for a Queen room and got a full size. Also reserved disabled room and hot thrown in a random room due to system issues.
