Liked: There was warm water and a roof over our heads
Disliked: The beds are old spring mattresses, like you can feel dips in the bed where people have slept. The towels were very thin and small, they were more like hair towels. The water only got warm, you could not turn the water temp handle all the way to get hot water. There was no stopper for our bath tub to take a bath and when asked if one could be provided the older female front desk receptionist said "I don't know they don't tell me where they keep them". The assistance bar in the bathtub was broken off completely anyways. The "superstar " breakfast was waffles, muffins/toast, and a choice between two cereals. Superstar to me sounds more like it should have been eggs and bacon but okay. We were also charged $20 per night for our dog because he was "medium sized" when the online hotel policy clearly stated $15 a night. We paid $245 for two mediocre nights.

Liked: The bed was nice The room was big
Disliked: The bed frame stuck out on both sides kept on hitting my legs the shower was so noisy when we stepped in the shower I thought I was going to fall through the bottom it was very noisy to step into... The stuff was not friendly at all The price was different when I went to go check in and I'd asked about it and he said well that's the rates do you want to stay or not very rude stuff

Disliked: I checked in at 10:00 in the evening and you guys close the hot tub so I didn't get it enjoy the hot tub at all I feel like if you're going to close down the hot tub early at night open it early in the morning cuz I didn't get to use it in the morning either

It was a nice experience...

Liked: The location is conveniently located and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: This wasn't an issue for me, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Just something to consider if you have a lot of luggage to haul upstairs.
