Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: It was not so clean and had roaches

Liked: I did not like anything about this hotel. It was roach, infested, and bedbug infested. I have pictures as well.
Disliked: I did not like the bugs all over the place

Liked: How you have to have a key to get into the rooms as well as enter the hotel.

Disliked: The first room smelled like cat pics. The second had stains, the floor looked like it hadent been cleaned in a month. One swipe of the wash cloth in the tub and it came up black. The worst part was The roaches that crawled out the room.

Liked: The location is perfect for what we do, and has been for almost 20 years.
Disliked: We asked for an accessible room...since when are they on the 2nd floor? And there was NO continental breakfast anymore. The bathroom did not have any grab bars in the shower/tub.

Liked: The price
Disliked: Roaches, stained carpets, broken ventilation in bathroom, leaky faucet in bathroom, still haven't seen the continental breakfast, fridge rumbled and buzzed all day and night

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Looked nothing in person as it did online. I wouldnt dare even use my shower because of the smell and stained on the floor. Beds were small and filthy. Limited supplies provided. No place for kids. Rude staff.

Liked: Hotel staff was disrespectful and short with me. I likes nothing
Disliked: The staff were horrible. Mainly the desk clerk
