The worst staff ever

Liked: Right off the freeway
Disliked: The old man at the front in the day time was really rude at checkout housekeeping woke us up it was a little past checkout time I called to notify the front desk ask for time to get out considering I’m traveling with a 16 month old and a 6 month old baby his response was ok……..? So as I was proceeding to checkout taking my things to the car he came to the door yelling rude and unnecessary saying you have 5 mins to get out or the police are on there was as I told him I’m taking things to the car right now I got two kids he then told me HE DIDDNT CARE ABOUT MY KIDS THAT THE POLICE WHERE ON THERE WAY I will not stay here again that was very uncalled for and I kept my composure

Liked: Comfy like home.
Disliked: The bathrooms were the only thing that needed to be cleaned. Night crew who checked us in was amazing. Am shift had a grumpy attitude.

Disliked: Dirty towels in both rooms we were sent to.

To dirty to stay in....

Liked: Did not end up staying there due to room was dirty mold in tub microwave dirty room dirty furniture beat up did not like room at all got a refund stayed somewhere else nicer & cleaner.
Disliked: Clean rooms better and replace wore out furniture

WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Liked: Everyone was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. I travel with 2 service dogs (large dogs) and they really helped me to facilitate my stay there. I couldn't have asked for more!! THANKS EVERYONE!!
