Disappointing

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: I didn't like that it had a full body mirror but was hung so high you couldn't use it an as a woman that made no sense. The pool was closed but advertising they have a pool but it's closed for the winter season an it was even inside! The pool was one of the main reasons I booked that hotel. The elevator was the longest elevator ride an it was only three floors. It took for ever for it to actually catch an open. I also didn't like that there was a door that led to the other room next to us. I also didn't like that if you didn't pay attention to the door to your room it didn't latch a lot of times we had to make sure the door was actually closed. They definitely don't offer much of a breakfast either. There was people walking in the parking lot at night which is suspicious bc they was walking around all the vehicles. We was so uncomfortable we ended up just making the trip back home early cause the 3 of us was uncomfortable an would of rather been home. Which was a long day cause I drove 10 hours. I will not stay there again! Also the coffee pot has to be sat in the floor to be plugged in. There wasn't very many outlets so charging everyone's phone an stuff was a little chaotic at times. The bathroom sink was small an the toilet was tall I'm 5'2 an my feet could not touch the floor in the bathroom an with my medical issues it was a difficult for me to use the bathroom. An the hotel smelled weird like the whole hotel it was so strong at times it made my eyes water an my nose burn. It was really inconvenient. Which is not what hotel is suppose to be like an the whole hotel was hot I didn't even have to have the heat on in my room at one point I almost turned the air on in our room.

Liked: Convenient to the highway. Good Breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended Tater Patch for dinner, and it was delicious and a good value.

Price too good to be...

Liked: At the time the price seemed like a good deal. We also liked the location.
Disliked: Checked in and went to room and the toilet had bugs in it. When my daughter checked the shower she had to kill a spider. On the way back downstairs I killed a roach at the elevator. We went and got dinner and decided the only choice was to drive back home (4 hours away). When we checked out the same evening the man at the desk didn't seem concerned about the bug issue. We had planned to stay 2 days. The next day when I was called to see if we were still there, I told him no and the issues and he said he was sorry I felt that way and hung up the phone!

Liked: Staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness was fine, but pet odor lingered. A little stinky. Being next to the highway is helpful, but our room was on the end facing it . . . highway noise all night.
