Good

Clean and economical

Liked: I just needed a place to sleep between appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The room was clean and provided all that I needed. It provided excellent value.
Disliked: Sink drain was slow.

A good breakfast, with good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. A variety of selections. Desk clerks were friendly and always helpful. I've stayed here before and will continue to stay there when in Rochester.

Had a restful night after...

Very good

Liked: Check in was great. The gentleman on duty was friendly and helpful. Same thing for checkout in the morning. Getting aa wakeup call in the morning was fabulous. The room was clean; the water in the shower was hot and plentiful; and the heat worked fine.
Disliked: My criticism is reserved for the upkeep of the room, 237. The bathtub had some areas that needed caulking. The grout in the bathroom tile was stained and looked dirty. The wall in the bathroom had a hole in it. It appeared that someone had tried to patch it but they never finished the job.

Liked: Clean facilities and friendly staff
Disliked: Drafty windows with no noise blocking.

I would actually pay money...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: The extremely rude and argumentative desk clerk. It was so pronounced I assume she might have been on the autism spectrum. Any question was responded to with anger.
