Well housekeeping took a baseball cap we bought as a gift. Manager called me a liar - so rude. I am filing a complaint.

Passable

Disliked: Room had carpet, which was gross to me. Bathroom was yuck! Dust everywhere and burn marks all over tub. Tub was gross, felt dirty after taking a shower. This was a non smoking room.Also, i felt like i was being gawked down while trying to check in and the hotel guests were sketch.
