Well housekeeping took a baseball cap we bought as a gift. Manager called me a liar - so rude. I am filing a complaint.

Disliked: The room was suppose to be non smoking and I entered room and it smells like someone had just smoked 20 packs of cigarettes in the room . I purchase the room when it stated free breakfast .there was no free breakfast in the hotel none at all actually .

NOT WORTH IT

Liked: Only thing I liked was the bed. It was new. And very comfy
Disliked: The room was nasty. There was what looked like dried blood on the walls of the bathroom and the curtains. It smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room. There were patches of holes everywhere. Cigarette burns all over the carpet all over the bathtub!! The dead bolt did not work. I had to prop the chair up against the door. The neighborhood wasn't the safest. For 351$ for two nights I expected WAY more from this facility. The gentleman that checked me in was not the nicest. Held my card in the back for a very long time where I could not see him, which made me a little uncomfortable to be honest. I do not recommend this place at all!!! I wish I could upload all the pictures I took bc it was a nasty mess in that room!!! Oh and All the lamps shades were destroyed. Honestly it looked like something terrible happened in that room not going to lie
