It was OK; expectations weren't too high but it was an average stay.

Liked: Nice, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Broken mini fridge and pillows were thin and the staff didn't seem too friendly.

Liked: The price but I guess u get what u pay for and the staff was excellent tho I had to wait 5 mins for someone to check me in, once she did she was the nicest person
Disliked: The old unclean microwave i was scared to use but had to because i bought cooked food. I just tried to clean it and made sure the lids were on extra tight while using it...gross, the 5 or 6 roaches we had to kill, and the room looked clean to an untrained eye but when I went over everything with my lysol and cleaner it was filthy like they just made the bed and vacuumed the floor. I had been to this location yrs ago and they didn't have a roach problem now its out of hand. I'm glad I always reclean rooms when I get them i also bring my own towels washcloths and sheets because everybody does not clean the same. Also the hdmi hookup on the TV was unreachable, usually I can use my firestick or Playstation but the TV seemed like it was glued to the wall couldn't get the cord in.

Disliked: I arrived at 4 a.m. after a 14-hour journey, and at 9 a.m. they started banging on my door like crazy!!! When I went to the front desk to complain, they told me they don’t know when someone has already left or not. I told the woman that’s no excuse!!!!!!!!! I’d like to know the names of those employees—this is the worst thing that’s ever happened to me at a hotel, indescribable!!!!!!!!
