It was for my birthday...

Disliked: Power was turned off for 11 hours.

Bad

Liked: The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The power went out and did not come back till the morning from 830 pm till 730 am.

Liked: Staff is great! Young man, named DeMarcus is an exceptional employee! Hardworking, and key to this hotel. Great personality and super helpful to my husband and I. If, you're giving out raises.. Hook DeMarcus up. He is a multi-tasker with people pleasing skills!
Disliked: Personally, I don't like to complain so with that said .. an incident happened on third floor with other guests. Lady was screaming and cussing someone in her room. It was awful. However, once staff became aware of problem; it was nipped out quick. Police may have came. ?? Back to quiet!! We reserved another night. 4 nights!
