Laundry shoot not trash shoot

Liked: The front desk young man who is working on his 2nd business management was delightful comfort. He was very nice, considerate, knowledgeable, and just an overall great human being. He will be an authentic and amazing business owner.
Disliked: I have had previous decent stays at this Super 8, but this was the worst stay I have experienced. One of the owners, who I was told , She banged over and over on my door. I keep saying I was coming. She was furious with me because she saw on the camera that I threw my trash bag in what I thought was a trash shoot. I apologize several times she just keep repeating to me what she said to the house keeper (who the hell would do this) I didn't know ,I didn't want to bother the one housekeeper so I thought I was doing good , the shoot was for laundry it had no sign that I saw so I assumed that it was a trash shoot . She continued to yell saying you that I should throw my trash in the dump outside or give it to housekeeper She said all her customers know that that's the laundry shoot. So I guess people live there or something because if not told or having a sign on it, how would anyone know. I was visiting my daughter and also grieving of the resent loss of my father and aunt (mother), and her rudeness, Inconsideration, andBlatantine meaness as a hotel owner was most heartbreaking on top of everything else. She needs an empathy and compassion course upgrade!
