If we hadn't pre-paid, we would not have stayed. There were two rooms in our party, and not everyone was going to the concert at Blossom. They planned on using the pool and hot tub. Carpet and general appearance of the whole place was shabby and not too clean. The toilet in our room had clearly not been cleaned - the seat was up and there were splatters (ick). Our first room had someone in it. Management took care of those issues quickly but again, we would not have stayed there if we weren't locked in to it. Learned our lesson about not being able to cancel a reservation - taking too big a chance.

Liked: Price and location.
Disliked: Not too clean; pool & hot tub not available; long wait at office (understaffed).

Disliked: Roaches so bad everywhere in the hallway the rooms had huge roaches I took a shower and I left I slept in my truck it was so foul so disgusting the place needs looked at the room was filthy the bugs were just Awful
