Disliked: The pool had to much chlorine burned my kids eyes the jets didn't work in the hot tub. The night shift lady kicked my kids out of the pool a hour early. The heat in my room didn't work the night shift lady was not professional I asked for a roller bed and she was to lazy to get me one she complained about her back and how rough her day was as a excuse to not get me a roller bed the breakfast was horrible no orange juice or even options for that matter this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Criminal/threatening activity by other guests...

Liked: Staff member, Tiffany was very friendly, courteous and helpful during this check-out process. She is an excellent employee.
Disliked: After settling into my room around 10:45pm, someone knocked on my door. I was not expecting anyone so I asked who was there and received no answer. When I looked through the peephole, someone was covering it with what appeared to be a cell phone's camera lens. I asked again who was there and eventually a man's voice said, "Your neighbor. I want to talk.". I told them I didn't know who they were and that I would not talk with them and went away from the door. They person remained there for several minutes. Later, I could hear the man's voice and a woman's voice next door throughout the night. I did not feel safe because of this creepy incident, so I gathered my belongings and slipped out of the room and hotel at 04:30am. I filed a report with the Redmond Police department and dropped by the hotel later that morning to check out. The police did contact the hotel and the staff were aware of the situation when I dropped by.
