Disliked: I would remove this from your website. This hotel should not be open. There were serious concerns about our atay. The rooms were not clean. The pool was deep green/algae with mold in it/moldy mattresses in lot . They need an inspection(they would fail)

Disliked: Lady at counter is rude, there is no heated pool or hot tub the pool is like I e and has been for over 5yrs,the hot tub is like Luke warm bath, no candy vending machine,no USB ports,I first got a key to a dirty room which they gave me a different one.

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast. Left very early. Rooms and service was good. People very friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom sink drain stopper did not work and when toilet flushed it spit water at you

The staff was amazing. very friendly and helpful. the cleanliness could have been better

Liked: The breakfast was decent. would have been nice to be offered a meat option with the eggs and a variety of fruit not just bananas and not only raspberry yogurt.
Disliked: I walked across the floor in our room a couple of times and the bottoms of my feet were filthy black. obviously the floor had not been mopped for some time. that really grossed me out. it also made me question the cleanliness of the linens etc

I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Liked: The only nice thing about this hotel is that it was a decent distance from where I need to be.
Disliked: The shampoo was like they had water in it, the pillows were super flat, the bed was not comfortable, the hall smelt like a skunk, the room had a dirty smell. Not was not cheap, I paid 242 dollars for 1 night for 1 room. I wish I would have had some photos to share.

Liked: The Brand name is why we stayed.
Disliked: Hotel needed alot of remodeling, hot tub didn't work, continental bfast was not so desired, soggy waffles, wet institutional eggs, microwave type sausages. I probably will not suggest or stay at this location again.
