Liked: Located in North Red Deer with easy access to major highways. Water was hot on demand. Bed was comfortable. Nice large picture on the wall by the bed
Disliked: Had to tell staff 3x that I was there to check in before someone came to help check me in. Room was not clean. Bed sheets were clean. Dishes were not clean. No silver ware or cooking utensils. One plastic bowl full of greasy food remains. I had to clean the bath tub in order to have a bath. No face towels. No lock on balcony door so I had to use my suitcase and a trash container on the door runner to block anyone from entering through the balcony. No breakfast was served in the breakfast area--in the morning, I had to ask the front desk where breakfast was served and they went to the staff area to put a juice box, a muffin, and a terrible tasting apple in a lunch bag for me to take with me on check out. Lady was screaming in the hall at 11 pm. My check in card folder had room numbers scratched out and they reused the card folder 4 x for my key card--it was not cleaned. Place was not friendly--felt very unsafe.

Liked: It was close to job site and the interior of the fridge was clean. The crack lady was polite.
Disliked: When I walked in the three guys in the office wouldn’t get up, and ignored me for a good 5 min. until I had to yell back there and asked ti be checked in. The man that came was pleasant enough. Dirty!! Sheets were NOT clean, no top blanket on bed. The bed was broken so these metal clips stuck out in three spots along the side, not safe. Gross chucks on curtains, and wall. Stove top had leftover food crumbs. Shower was broken so couldn’t take a warm shower, towels were gross. During the night you could hear fights, screaming and loud smashing. Heater was broken so couldn’t get the room above 61°F. I pulled back the bedding to look for bed bugs at this point, but just found a wood chunk and debris. I did not take my socks off and slept in my clothes, for what sleep I did get. I will never stay here again!! And will warn others to stay away too.

Disliked: Upon check-in, the property front desk would tell you that they will return the damage deposit upon check-out. However, upon check-out, they would tell you that they cannot return it until 7 days. They would blame their credit card company.

Disliked: When booking, I asked for room on ground floor. I am 73 and have difficulty with stairs. Didn’t get one. Air/heater was noisy and woke me up several times.
