Liked: The young lady working the desk was very patient and understanding.
Disliked: It was the worst place I've ever stayed. 1st room had red stains on comforter & cigarette holes in pillow cases (non smoking). 2nd room, light blinked and water running in both that had mold all over tub and ceiling. 3rd room, woke up to bugs on counter.

Disliked: There was no phone in the room.

Liked: I booked a no smoking room and I was informed by the staff that all the rooms in this hotel had been smoked iin after I checked in. my reservation should have been canceled. The bed had used tissue under the sheets. The bathroom had black mold .

Disliked: There were a lot of things we did not like about this hotel. The room was filthy. Found a cockroach and many other insects. Bed sheets were stained. No breakfast, even though breakfast was advertised online. Pool was not functional.
