Not bad but. . .

Liked: Good price, even with the added daily pet fee. The beds and shower were good.
Disliked: The pillows could use a bit more variations. There were two live bugs when we first got there and dead bug pieces under the TV when we moved it (so our cat didn't knock it over). The mini fridge was set to Freeze; which we couldn't see due to both the placement of the fridge and the knob itself until a can of soda exploded and we were on the ground to clean it up. The side door locks were broken so that was unfortunate. The carpet get like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There was mold in the AC unit (and now my husband is having lung problems).There was a specific staff member who acted like my family needing help was an imposition, which was annoying since our key cards kept not working. Instead of replacing the cars to see if it was the card itself, he insisted on just replying it . . .leading to both cards needing to be renewed daily over the length of our stay.

Disliked: Room service kept trying to get into our room for 35 minutes when our door was locked

Disliked: The entire second floor was filled with cigarette smoke and all non-smoking rooms were propped open to allow the smoke in. The guy on duty looked just like KSM

Liked: I was pleased with most of the staff except one gentleman. we attended my mother's funeral. after we wanted to sit in the breakfast room to visit with my brother. the gentleman basically kicked us out and locked the door. we just wanted a place to sit and visit.
