Disliked: The entire second floor was filled with cigarette smoke and all non-smoking rooms were propped open to allow the smoke in. The guy on duty looked just like KSM

your staff needs to be...

Liked: I was pleased with most of the staff except one gentleman. we attended my mother's funeral. after we wanted to sit in the breakfast room to visit with my brother. the gentleman basically kicked us out and locked the door. we just wanted a place to sit and visit.

Liked: Location was good. Pet friendly!
Disliked: They have no bottled water available to guests at all not even in the vending machine. Front desk ladies have no personality whatsoever. Trash scattered in the yard on the side of the hotel. It stayed there for days. Hotel needs a major upgrade.
