Liked: Checkin was easy and flexible.
Disliked: 'Breakfast Included' is a total scam. It was a total disappointment. They had just cereal and coffee for breakfast. We were out of spoons, and when we asked for more spoons the person at the desk bought us one spoon and forks saying there is only I spoon. When we told that we are out of milk, he bought a carton of milk and left it at the counter.Did not even have stirer for coffee.Customer care is at its worst.It is better to stay at a place cheaper than this, rather than being attracted by the breakfast being included.
