Awesome staff; super easy to find off the highway and in a nice location. Rooms were a little small, as was the TV, but for the price I really cannot complain. Stayed for the 4th of July weekend for the Phish shows and was pleasantly suprised - would stay here again when going to SPAC.

Disliked: They charged me more than the rate of my reservation on Booking.com. When I asked them to resolve it, they said I needed to come back on Monday and see the manager. It was Saturday night. Not feasible. Also, there was supposed to be a continental breakfast as advertised then I was informed it was a grab and go of Walmart mini muffins and then in the morning there was actually nothing.

Disliked: Our TV didn't work, we took showers in cold water for 3 days. We repeatedly reported to staff. It never got fixed. The heater in our room didn't work unless it was turned up to 75. The bed was uncomfortable with tiny size pillows. The carpet was stained and needed replacing. There was 1 staff member that was pleasant. The rest were less than. There is a card in rooms asking that you reuse your towels . Staff was outside against the building passing their bowl back and forth assuming smoking pot. It was by far the worst experience I've ever dealt with.

Liked: The location is convenient it's right off the interstate between 2 restaurants. The rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: The room. Front desk was nice.
Disliked: The entry door closes to my room from the outside would not read my card. I had to walk and carry a heavy bag to get in another door and then walk on the inside a long way to get to my room and I am handicap.

Superb
