Liked: Nothing about the hotel was good.
Disliked: There was no micro wave in the room, it had been removed. So instead of being able to eat food I purchased, I would have to eat out elsewhere. (the restaurant was strictly east Indian) They were very stingy just getting coffee and whitener! Their "free breakfast" was just juice, kids' dry sugary cereals, white thick bread to toast, no fruit at all, nothing. Channels on TV were not indicated because they had connected directly to another satalite feed, so in order to figure out which channels you were actually on it was necessary to go thru the channels one at a time. The "refurbished" bathroom had NO safety hand rails in the deep tub, no safety matt for bottom of the curved bottom, and was extremely danagerous.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The place can be beautiful, we have had that experience previously.
Disliked: The supplies in the rooms were insufficient ie. one room had no coffee or tea. We had to share towels. Some of the bodycleansers were open and used. The breakfast area; just not enough supplies, lack of attention and cleanliness. Seemed to be staff more interested in cell phones yakking and chatting amongst themselves than assisting the customers. We’ve stayed here a lot but the service is deteriorating the building pool also.

Disliked: Staff were just trying to upsell a late checkout that they never charge for. $15 for 12:00 checkout $40 for 1:00 checkout. They were also very rude and condescending.
